這是我婆婆的家傳食譜
很容易做又很好吃,我家先生和孩子都很愛
(This is my mother-in-law's recipe. It is delicious and very easy to make.)
材料(Ingredients):
絞豬肉,甜麵醬,豆瓣醬,麵條
(ground pork, sweet bean paste, soy bean sauce, noodles)
絞豬肉3磅
(3 lbs ground pork)
甜麵醬大瓶(16 oz),不一定要用這個牌子,任何牌的甜麵醬都可以
(Sweet bean paste (L)-16 oz. You don't have to use this particular brand, any brand of sweet bean paste will do.)
小罐豆瓣醬(6 oz)
(Bean sauce(S) -6 oz)
我們全家都愛手擀麵,所以我都在韓國超市買這種手工麵
(We prefer hand-made Korean noodle ~ thick and chewy)
做法(Directions):
1. 在絞肉內放: 3湯匙醬油,2湯匙米酒,胡椒,2茶匙太白粉,3湯匙水,2湯匙油,全部攪勻
(Marinate groud pork : 2 Tbsp rice wine, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp corn starch, some black pepper, 3Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp oil.)
2. 鍋內放一點油,把絞肉放下去炒開
(Heat half a cup of oil. Add the marinated pork. Stir fry for a few mins.)
3. 加入甜麵醬,加一點水(可以在甜麵醬瓶子內加一點水,晃一下,再倒入鍋內)
(Add the sweet bean paste, then add a little bit of water. Stir.)
4. 把鍋蓋蓋上,轉小火,煮大約10分鐘,看肉都變色熟了就可以熄火
(Cover the pan. Turn the heat down then cook for 10 mins.)
*不要加任何醬油和鹽,甜麵醬和豆瓣醬已經夠鹹了
(Don't add salt and soy sauce. It is already salty enough.)
5. 可以放一些切絲的胡蘿蔔和小黃瓜,也可以加一些燙好的綠豆芽
(You may add some shredded carrots and cucumbers on top of noodles.)
